International Business Consultants has a Notarial Services Attorney who is licensed by the State to certify documents such as authentication of signatures, educational qualifications, witnessing of affidavits or statements of persons under oath. These are copies of important documents which need to be certified as true copies of the originals by a person authorised to do so. It does not certify that the primary document is genuine, only that it is a true copy of the original document.
It may sometimes be necessary that documents need to be authenticated or legalised at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, or at the Embassy of the country that documentation is presented.
